  I have known Paul for decades. I never really understood insurance and would always just assume that what my agent was doing.... assuming that person had my best interests at heart while I was afraid to ask what I was buying and why. I have had a completely different experience with Paul. He takes the time to explain what I am buying and WHY... How it protects me and my family as well as my assets. He makes sure I understand. There's never any pressure and he will explain and answer questions without judgement. If you want a partner in protecting your assets, y'all, Call Paul!

  If you like saving money, good customer service, and not being ripped off I'd stay far away from this agency. Almost left State Farm entirely because of how terrible Paul was, luckily I found an agent closer to me who was able to right his wrongs and do his best to manage the damages he's done- and even gave the apologies Paul never did. Not sure how this guy claims to be a financial planner or has been able to run a successful agency after my experience with him.

  I have been with Paul Lavelle for over 12 years. I have always received the best advice for me and my family. I have all of my insurance needs from him. I stick to people I like and trust. Sometimes its not about the money but the service I receive. You pay for what you want. I have my car, house and life insurances with him. Paul has taken care of my needs on various occasions. Once, I was in India and a tree fell on my house. Called him up from India and he arranged for everything. Started the repair work and arrange for cleanup. I also recommend him to my friends.

  Just recently switched to State Farm from Progressive when they were able to save me over $50/month. Kristen is a valuable asset to the company and has been very informative and helpful during the switch! Highly recommend this location!

  Paul and his team have cared for us for years - they've helped us alter coverages as our family has grown from 2 to 3 to 4 people. We highly recommend the services he and his team provide are consider ourselves fortunate to not only work on a professional level with Paul, but to call him our friend.
