- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Awful. I went in to have frame for glasses repaired. First time in this store. The woman who came out from back did not say hello or smile. I asked about repair cost and if they offered any warranty on their work. Her response was that no one ever had a problem with a repair. That alone is hard to believe. I asked to speak to the repair person. She said he was too busy. She stated the obvious--that I could buy new frames. Then she said she had work to do and walked away. At that point, I was out of patience with such rude behavior and said "screw you" and I tore up the business card she gave me and left. She said "don't let the door hit you on your way out."
